1. Agreement

By visiting mtngreendoodles.com or submitting an application or deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced herein.

2. Deposits

Waitlist deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future MTN Green Doodles litter at the discretion of the breeder.

3. Health

All puppies are placed with first vaccinations, dewormings, and a vet wellness exam. See the Health Guarantee page for full details.

4. Returns

If at any point in your dog's life you are unable to keep them, you agree to return them to MTN Green Doodles rather than rehome or surrender to a shelter.
