Step 2 of 5
Reserve
Once approved, place a $500 deposit to claim your spot in the waitlist for your chosen litter. Pick order is by deposit date.
Your deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a future litter if your timing changes.
Step 3 of 5
Select
We complete puppy selections between 5–6 weeks of age. At this stage, each puppy's personality, temperament, and overall disposition begin to develop, allowing us to make the best possible matches between our puppies and their future families.
Selections are made in the order that deposits were received. When it is your turn, we will guide you through the available puppies and help identify the best fit based on your lifestyle, preferences, and the puppy's individual traits.
Our priority is ensuring that each puppy is placed in a home where they will thrive — not simply choosing based on appearance alone.
If none of the puppies feel right
You have two options
Transfer your deposit
Move your $500 deposit forward to a future litter if none of the available puppies feel right.
Full deposit refund
Receive a full refund of your puppy deposit, no questions asked.

Puppy Selection Tips
Understanding puppy traits — what can change vs. what can't
One of the most important parts of our puppy selection process is matching each puppy with the right family. To do that well, we look at both personality and behavior — but not all traits are created equal. Here's a simple breakdown to help you understand the difference.
Traits That Are Largely Inborn — Don't Change Much
These are part of your puppy's natural temperament and who they are at their core:
- ●Energy level (high vs. low)
- ●Confidence (bold vs. cautious)
- ●Independence vs. "velcro" personality
- ●Sensitivity to noise, stress, and new environments
- ●Play style (gentle vs. rough)
- ●Drive (food, toy, work motivation)
These traits guide how we match puppies with families because they stay relatively consistent as your puppy grows.
Traits That Can Be Shaped — With Training & Environment
These are behaviors that you will influence through consistency and training:
- ●Potty training
- ●Crate training
- ●Leash walking
- ●Basic obedience (sit, stay, come)
- ●Jumping, nipping, and chewing
- ●Manners around people and other dogs
With time, structure, and patience — these can all be improved.
Traits That Are a Mix of Both
Some traits are influenced by both genetics and experience:

- ●Social skills
- ●Focus and impulse control
These can improve, but your puppy's natural tendencies still play a role.

Training can shape behavior — but it doesn't change a puppy's core personality. That's why we focus on temperament-based matching during the selection process. Our goal is to set both you and your puppy up for long-term success by pairing you with a puppy whose natural traits fit your lifestyle.

We take the time to carefully evaluate each puppy between 5–6 weeks of age, when personalities begin to shine. Puppies are selected in order of deposits, and we work closely with each family to ensure the best possible match. If the right match isn't available, you always have the option to wait for a future litter or receive a refund of your deposit. We're here to support you every step of the way!

Pay
Final payment is due between 6 and 7 weeks of age — after well checks confirm each puppy is healthy and ready to travel.

Step 5 of 5
Go Home
At 8 weeks puppies head home with everything they need for a smooth transition.
We'll walk you through go-home day logistics and stay in touch for the life of your dog.

How to reserve your puppy

To reserve a puppy from our upcoming or current litters, we require a non-refundable deposit. This holds your spot in the picking order and ensures we can plan responsibly for each puppy's future home.
The deposit is $500 and is applied to the total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future litter if your timing or preferences change.
Puppy selection happens at 5 weeks of age, in the order deposits are received. Each puppy is examined at a 6-week well check, and final payment is due between 6 and 7 weeks once vet clearance is confirmed.

Fly to Salt Lake City International and we'll happily meet you there with your new puppy in arms.
Ground Transportation
Prefer your pup brought to you by ground? We work with vetted ground transporters and will gladly make the arrangements.
Airport Delivery
Meet us at your nearest airport — we'll arrange a flight nanny to bring your new furbaby right to you.
Stress-Free Travel
Every traveling puppy goes home with a vet-cleared health certificate, calming accessories, and a scented blanket from mom. Travel costs are quoted separately and depend on the option you choose.
